Contest Rules: For On-Air contest, enter between 4:00pm and 6:00pm each weekday from June 3/2024 through June 28/2024.our must be part of the Almavision Miami social networks, you can follow us on Instagram or Facebook, search for us as: “ALMAVISION MIAMI”-Starting June 3, photos of the Disney water parks will be uploaded on our social networks, you just have to like them and be aware that on Friday, June 28, questions will be asked on air regarding the photos during the broadcast of our “Boomerang” programs. The person who calls and answers correctly and is following us on social networks will be our winner. The winner must travel by the weekend of August 24 to use the tickets, stay at the Disney resort and go to the party that Disney would offer. The winner is being select Friday 06/28/24, in our show “Boomerang” with our great host Adrain Pontes.
Winners must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to enter and win. Travelers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
The sweepstakes is limited to U.S. only
The Prize Winner may select up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”, collectively “Guests” and together with the Prize Winner, the “Group”) to accompany the Prize Winner on the Vacation Package. The Vacation Package shall consist of the following:
A. Hotel accommodations for one (1) night on August 24, 2024, for four (4) persons consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum room occupancy of four (4) persons) at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability.
B. Not more than four (4) 1-Day Water Park tickets, each ticket with an expiration date of August 31, 2025.
1. Each 1-Day Water Park ticket has an approximate retail value of Seventy-Eight United States Dollars and 81/100 Cents ($78.81), including tax.
2. Water parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity and weather closures. A 1 day Water Park ticket provides 1-day admission to Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open.
3. As a reminder, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park remains closed at this time. A park reservation is not required to visit a water park. Park reservation requirements are subject to change.
C. Not more than four (4) Disney H2O Glow After Hours tickets for access to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon for use exclusively on August 24, 2024.
1. Disney H2O Glow After Hours is a separately priced hard-ticket event held from 8:00PM to 11:00PM. The Group may enter Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park as early as 6:00 PM.
2. 2. Each Disney H2O Glow After Hours ticket has an approximate retail value of Ninety United States Dollars and 53/100 Cents ($90.53), including tax. D. Not more than one (1) Disney Gift Card to be given to the Prize Winner with a value of Five Hundred United States Dollars (US$500.00).

E. One (1) Welcome Treats Basket in winner’s Walt Disney World® Resort hotel room for Prize Winner only.
All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of the Group, including but not limited to:
• excursions;
• trave insurance;
• laundry service;
• spa treatments;
• alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee);
• individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks);
• local and long distance telephone calls;
• wireless and internet services;
• merchandise and souvenirs; and
• tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is Two Thousand One Hundred Two United States Dollars and 36/100 Cents ($2,102.36). The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than August 24, 2024.
Vacation Package rules should include, but are not limited to:
• All elements of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, the water park tickets) must be used by the Group at the same time during the redemption of the Vacation Package.
• Water park attractions and entertainment are seasonal and subject to change and availability without notice. In the event that any other element of the Vacation Package proves to be unavailable or is unfulfilled, Disney shall have the right to withdraw the Vacation Package or any parts thereof.
• If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Prize Winner.
• The Group will be required to execute one or more liability/publicity release forms prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release forms within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package.
• Any lost or stolen water park tickets will not be replaced.
• Vacation Package and Vacation Package components (including, without limitation, water park tickets) may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package components may not be separated. Any unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
• Water parks, attractions and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change or cancellation without notice or liability. Water park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel or modify any offering.
Please note the following restrictions:
• Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
• Vacation Package is for the Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests of the Prize Winner’s choosing. Once selected by the Prize Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the Prize Winner
• If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Group must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
• Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and Prize Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
• The Prize Winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check-in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).
• Any damaged, lost or stolen Disney Gift Card will not be replaced. Disney Gift Card are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (except as required by law) and are subject to the following terms: https://www.disneygiftcard.com/terms/us.
• In the event the Prize Winner and/or his/her/their Guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Prize Winner and/or Guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at Six Hundred United States Dollars ($600.00) or more.
• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
